Edge Pro Inc. will refund the cost of the Edge Pro Sharpening System (Apex & Pro models) however we do not refund shipping charges. Return the machine with receipt and a written statement saying you want a refund.

If you purchased an Apex or Professional model from a dealer, then you need to ship it to Edge Pro Inc. We will contact the dealer to refund you the money.
