If you have submitted an order and need to modify it, please email us right away ( [email protected] ) with the details of your order modification. Reference your order number, and leave a telephone number you can be reached at. Depending on the modification we may need to contact you for payment information.

We strive to fill all orders in a timely manner. Most orders ship within 24 hours – 48 hours.

Domestic Orders:

  • Small orders (under 1 pound) generally ship USPS first class.
  • Medium sized orders (1-4 pounds) generally ship USPS Priority mail.
  • Orders over 5 Pounds generally ship UPS Ground, however we use our discretion based on current rates.

Shipping rates will populate during the checkout process after you enter your shipping information.

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is prepared to ship.

If you would like expedited shipping we can usually accommodate your needs providing we have everything in stock. Rates can vary greatly depending on the service you’d like so please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. It is helpful if you email a list of the items you’d like along with your complete shipping address for an accurate quote to [email protected]


Returns

Edge Pro Inc. will refund the cost of the Edge Pro Sharpening System (Apex & Pro models) however we do not refund shipping charges. Return the machine with receipt and a written statement saying you want a refund.
