I have had mine for a year plus now. Short and sharp: Absolute best product out there with support to match. Do yourself a favor and purchase this first, instead like me..last, having wasted time and money on other products.

Over many years I hand sharpened knives secateurs, scissors and razors with Japanese King water stones. Some years ago I contracted Parkinson's Disease. As time went by the jerkiness and inability to maintain an accurate angle made sharpening almost impossible. The Edgepro system has enabled me to now get edges at least as good (maybe better) than I could previously. The scissors sharpening attachment is a fantastic addition. The only problem is word of mouth bringing too many neighbours to the door. Great product Ben!

I sharpen knives for a business using this system... I don't know of a better system out there! I can sharpen everything from a machette to a straight razor on this thing! It is a huge step up from the Apex model... much more sturdy, less stone wear, quicker to use (don't have to re-stick the 2 small suction cups to the table if it moves), etc. LOVING IT! won't ever change!

After 1 hour I was shaving my arm with my line beater. after 3 hours ( a lot of metal removing) I took my dads home chef knife from micro serrations and many chips to mirror finish hair shaving sharp. awesome system makes sharpening brainless. now all it takes is a few passes on the higher grit stones to touch up all my blades. your wil become a razor sharp addict.
